Relationships???

Just got back home after a final session with a class of 23 Executive MBA students at a leading Business Management School in Mumbai. Five late evenings, discussing relationships that have to be invested in... whether personal or in business. 

My subject is Customer Relationship Management. And talking of relationship, lets listen to this 'Grandpa' song.
